CJ-5, 7 Body w / Floor  This new double wall design could be the strongest CJ body ever made. It features: - Triple reinforced floor, aluminum (not steel) reinforced firewall, door hinge, hood hinge and windshield    hinge locations. - Newly designed one piece floor - is structurally ribbed in the rear floor area. - Double wall construction allowing for maximum box section strength and provides a smooth   sandable grey gellcoat finish on both inside and outside panels. - All   tubs feature a large firewall drip flange and a smooth 90° roll into the wheel well. - Under floor supports using marine grade pressure treated lumber (not Balsa wood - which is a   common trade practice.) - All models are engineered to accept original OEM hardtop and doors along with most all original   equipment
We take pride in the fact that we use extremely heavy reinforcing in the tub floors.  Kevlar® reinforcement is also used in the front body mount perches and rear corners of the tubs. The closed tailgate CJ-7 model even features a simulated tailgate - providing for more strength over a smooth rear section.
The crates are prefabricated and forkliftable.  Once crated the tubs are securely banded in place - prior to shipping.  This type of packaging nearly eliminates any chance of damage during  shipping.  (Don't let your CJ arrive in a cardboard box). 76-85 Tailgate Features: - Stock bolt-on design - Smooth inner & Outer finish - 6 Anchors preinstalled for     quick easy mounting.

HOT NEW CJ-5 & CJ-7 Warrior™ Package It only take about 20 minutes to modify a CJ-5 or CJ-7  - allowing the mud and dirt to stay where it belongs. . . .outside the vehicle.  The Warrior™ Kit bolts directly to the outside of the vehicle and will provide a clean rust-free outer finish.  This can be useful in coving up that nasty lower tide line (of rust that is).   The additional 4" tire coverage that the Warrior™ Kit provides will cover most 34 x 12.5" tires on early models and 34 x 10.5" tires on newer wide track models.
